Organising the Combustion Institute's 40th International Symposium themed ‘Emphasising Energy Transition’ took us on an incredible journey, and we were delighted to have experienced the event held here in Milan at the Allianz MiCo Convention Centre.
With 1600 participants over 6 days, the event featured extraordinary sessions that delved into the future of energy.
The social programme was very successful and wonderful memories were created during the Early Career event, the fantastic picnic, the excursion to Lake Como and the final dinner at the Alfa Romeo Museum.

This year, for the first time, three Scientific Societies of the Radiology area AIMN, AIRO - Italian Association of Radiotherapy and Clinical Oncology and, SIRM - Italian Society of Medical and Interventional Radiology joined forces to organise the first Joint Congress.
The #AIMN National Congress was therefore held together with the national congresses of #Radiology and #Radiotherapy at Mico Milano Convention Centre from 20 to 23 June.
In addition to the high scientific value of the numerous sessions, participants were able to participate in joint sessions to discuss challenges and opportunities for significant growth. 
‘Health travels fast: #MedicinaNucleare, the engine of well-being!’ the slogan of our AIMN Congress. For this reason, unique Alfa Romeo cars were presented in the exhibition area, with the special participation of the car made of carbon in honour of Carlo Chiti, the famous automotive engineer, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his birth.

51st National Congress of AMCLI 2024 - Association of Italian Clinical Microbiologists. 
The ‘One Health’ vision was the leitmotif of the Congress, which saw more than 1,800 professionals, of which more than 300 young trainees and researchers, confront and enrich themselves, with the need to collaborate in synergy with other scientific societies to face future challenges.
On the occasion of Women's Day, the first day of the congress, the essence of femininity was celebrated, and the event was also a practical opportunity to certify the sustainability of MZ Events ISO 20121:2012 (Event Sustainability Management System in accordance with the standard, aimed at managing and minimising the impacts generated by organised events with a view to environmental, social and economic sustainability).

The 46th annual congress of EAFPS 2023 took place in Verona, Italy, at the Palazzo della Gran Guardia. An intense scientific programme and more than 200 speakers accompanied these days. A very successful event, which hosted:

The edition was a great success and broke many previous records! 11,745 participants!
4,282 delegates from 114 different countries, 4,003 visitors, 160 speakers, 3,300 exhibitor staff, 126 sponsors and exhibitors with over 4,400 square metres of exhibition area, hosted in the magnificent setting of Fuksas' “La Nuvola”, as well as 1,830 virtual participants.
This Congress brought together distinguished international speakers and opinion leaders with brilliant presentations on the latest diagnostic technologies, scientific advances and challenges, and interactive sessions exploring the latest advances in laboratory medicine.
Participants had the opportunity to be involved in in-depth discussions about their ‘daily practice’ and network with professionals from all over the world.
In addition to the sessions, there was a very dynamic exhibition area that showcased the latest new technologies and practical solutions from leading In Vitro Diagnostic companies. The IVD Industry also supported the Congress by organising high-level educational workshops on important topics with eminent speakers, who presented the latest scientific advances in all disciplines relevant to laboratory medicine.

The 24th European Congress of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine – Euromedlab - was the first major conference held after the Covid-19 pandemic. Last April 2022, scientists, laboratory specialists and clinicians from the field of clinical chemistry and laboratory medicine as well as professionals from industries met in Germany, at the International Congress Center Messe München, for a top-class scientific exchange of knowledge and experiences on cutting-edge research in clinical chemistry and laboratory medicine. Despite the pandemic, the number of submitted research projects has increased to almost 900 submitted abstracts. Moreover, 162 speakers stepped up to the podium and more than 4,500 people attended the event.

The POCT event: “Making the Point” was the first hybrid event organized by MZ Events. The disciplines involved were laboratory medicine, paediatric laboratory medicine, and clinical chemistry. Participants and Faculty took part onsite and online. There were 15 faculty members present in the meeting room and 15 remotely connected. Several sponsors attended the event with great enthusiasm.

In September 2021, the Congress “Update in Loco-Regional Anaesthesia” was held in Perugia under the auspices of ESRA Italia. Most of the Italian experts in loco-regional anaesthesia took part in this event together with the Presidents of the European and Italian Scientific Societies. The careful attention to every single detail during the pandemic was crucial. In addition to the security protocols adopted in the exhibition area, that included green pass, masks, sanitizing gel, physical distancing, MZ Events decided to offer further safety measures, carrying out a biological risk analysis for maximum safety. At the end of the event the President of the Congress, Dr. Gori, invited for dinner all the health workers present to thank them for their deep commitment managing Perugia Hospital during the pandemic.
