Italian Knowledge Leaders 2023

The third edition of Italian Knowledge Leaders was a real success and reinforces in us the conviction that collaboration is at the basis of our work, in order to enhance Italy's remarkable intellectual capital and promote Italy as a center of knowledge and knowledge.

During the event, which took place in the evocative Sala della Protomoteca in Campidoglio, we honored several leaders who have distinguished themselves in their field by reaching the presidency of the relevant International Associations: outstanding professionals who represent the best of Italy in the field of knowledge and research and to whom, we dedicated the right recognition for their dedication and commitment.

Yesterday's day was particularly significant for a whole range of reasons.

▫️ We had the opportunity to involve a number of high-level institutional figures, putting them in relation and confrontation with the entire academic and scientific panorama.

▫️Abbiamo devoted part of the meeting to a panel session that allowed participants to discuss issues of great relevance and topicality by addressing issues related to the meetings industry, economics, sustainability issues and scientific research, providing an open and stimulating space for discussion. Thus, exchanges of ideas and opinions emerged that enriched the debate and contributed to greater mutual understanding.

▫️ During the event, ICCA data on conferences in our country were presented that highlighted the importance and impact of our events in the academic and scientific fields as well.

▫️ Finally we had the honor of awarding not only the IKLs who have already left an indelible mark in their respective fields but also students and researchers who aspire to be the future Italian Knowledge Leaders.

We would like to emphasize the importance of the project partners, first and foremost ENIT - Agenzia Nazionale del Turismo with whom we have been carrying out the project for 3 editions now, Ministero del Turismo for support and sponsorship , CRUI for the trust placed in us, Triumph Group International for the impeccable management of the event, the trade associations Federalberghi Federcongressi&eventi Federturismo Confindustria Confcommercio-Imprese per l’Italia Confesercenti Nazionale for patronage.
