Discovering the Trentino wines
An experienced sommelier presents the best known Trentino wines and moderates a competition between teams that tests the oenological knowledge of the participants. This educational activity closes with an awarding ceremony and a discussion of how the participants interacted during the competition.
Trekking, trapper cooking e problem solving
This activity combines trekking with an alternative way of cooking: it’s not just about cooking, it’s more about the whole meal organisation, from choosing the food to deciding how to carry it. This trekking activity ends in a lodge, chalet or camp where the participants work together to cook in a trapper style.
Geotrekking and change
Following a briefing and technical preparation on the treasure hunting game of Geocaching, the participants are split into groups and have to look for the caches in the field with the help of a GPS receiver. This activity can take place both in a town and in the mountains and can be followed by lunch whether in a typical restaurant or in a chalet. At the end of the activity, an expert trainer moderates a discussion around the behaviours and interactions amongst participants.
