  • Fashion themed dinner in the prestigious Palazzo Serbelloni in Milan

    “Fashion should make people dream” was the motto of the themed dinner organized in the prestigious Neoclassical Palazzo Serbelloni, in the heart of Milan, the City of Fashion. Our challenge for the evening - 160 global attendees of the leading US insurance company - was to change the entire after-dinner set up in a very limited time, whilst the dinner was being served. Famous Italian arias and beautiful fashion models created an unexpected catwalk show. Focus of the party was the futuristic illuminated Led Dress by Federico Sangalli, a Milanese niche designer, that left all the guests speechless and amazed.

  • An annual incentive trip under the Tuscan sun

    An Annual incentive trip in Tuscany organized for the 160 best employees of South Africa’s leading bank, maintaining the WOW factor throughout the entire journey. Our task was to find the right balance of group and à la carte activities and unique locations that guests had never experienced before. For the awards dinner our challenge was to combine a traditional venue with cutting-edge technology for a classy result. We successfully managed to coordinate all the suppliers like the director of an orchestra whose task is to let the all musicians express themselves, with the common goal of achieving perfect harmony.

  • The record-breaking teambuilding in Sardinia

    In the unforgettable scenario of South Sardinia, we orchestrated the largest carton boat team-building ever organized: 650 consultants, divided in teams, designing and building carton-boats to compete in a regatta. Our role was to deliver an idea which embodied the client’s culture and values. Due to the large number of participants, tight timing, creative and safety issues, the unique activity we provided was the best opportunity to strengthen teams relationships. The event’s success was measured by the explosion of content posted on social media by attendees, who identified with the company’s culture of collaboration that enhanced job satisfaction and productivity.
