About us

CS Events takes your events to the next level

CS Events is a company of event management professionals who has been deliverying events throughout Italy and abroad for almost thirty years. 

Our team is out of the ordinary and well-matched. We are a combination of creativity, energy, strategic vision and enthusiasm and we pour this mix into the design and development of events at the private and corporate level. Our creative expertise and long experience allow us to realize any type of event, shaping it accurately according to the needs of each customer.

We always like distinguishing the events we organize, whether through our Destination Management Company or through our Event Production Management division globally. 

We are always searching for new venues, new suppliers, new destinations. We try all experiences first hand, we test, check, approve and then propose: our standards are high, we work hard in order to offer the best - always.  We combine deep destination knowledge, creative thinking, problem-solving and accurate planning with clear communications and timely delivery. We foresee the possible obstacles and we always have a couple of tricks up our sleeves in case of need.

Case History

  • Global Meeting in Milan

    For a company focused on innovation, optimization and management of supply chains of major brands we have held a 3-day meeting in Milan for about 100 people from different countries of the world. Between hotel meetings, team building activities to discover the most evocative and secret corners of the city, and dinners in iconic places in Milan such as Carlo al Naviglio and Villa Necchi Campiglio we organized 10 pre and post meetings dedicated to the various divisions with private cooking classes, bike tours, tastings and much more. An event that can be declined in countless possible ways and sewn in detail on the needs of the customer. 

    The city of Milan combines the highest quality of life with the most valuable opportunities for meetings of all kinds.

  • Incentive in Sicily

    An incentive event for about 90 employees of one of the most important companies of beauty and sustainable wellness, a full immersion of 3 days in Sicily, Taormina and surroundings. Among the proposed activities: Vespa panoramic tour, granita and cannolo at the Wunderbar of Catania during the walking tour, visit to a winery at the foot of Etna with a series of activities available to guests (preparation of a cannolo, wine tasting, outdoor painting course, folk dance course and tasting of local specialties with lots of fried arancine on site). The event ended with a gala dinner in the frame of the Castello degli Schiavi with live musical entertainment. Sicily is a few hours by plane from anywhere in Europe: an ideal destination for events of all kinds.

  • Corporate event in Florence

    An event in Florence and surroundings for 40 people in the automotive sector, halfway between an incentive and a premium experience. We organized a bike tour in the city center with a stop in some of the most important monuments together with a private guide for a mini cultural trip in the magical history of Florence. An excursion by vintage car in the Tuscan countryside with lunch at the famous butcher Dario Cecchini. Followed by rafting activities on the Arno with an aperitif under the Ponte Vecchio. 

    Tuscany is one of the top destinations for incentive and corporate travel, for its natural beauty, architectural heritage, mild climate, excellent cuisine, breathtaking landscapes and an unparalleled taste for luxury and elegance.
